Held in a private area of Jake’s Del Mar, the evening offers a fine dining experience showcasing the talents of Jake’s Executive Chef, Dustin Anselm, and featuring wine pairings from some of the finest local and international vineyards.

Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc-Sonoma

Mango butter poached lobster, coconut braised hearts of palm, edamame horseradish puree, tangerine, sea beans

Second Course

Migration Chardonnay-Russian River

Truffle heirloom tomato and white bean soup, golden raisin compote, crispy pancetta

Third Course

Goldeneye Pinot Noir-Anderson Valley

Seared sea scallops, bacon scented dashi, shitake mushrooms, pickled mustard seed, sea beans, butternut orange puree

Fourth Course

Duckhorn Merlot-Napa

Durham Ranch buffallo tenderloin, parsnip apple bread pudding, braised pork belly, smoked tomato demi, locally farmed glazed vegetable

Fifth Course

Optima Port-20 Year Tawny

“Opera cake”, hazelnut chocolate sauce, grand marnier gelato, honeycomb
