Del Mar Plaza Valentines Opportunity Drawing 2010
Official Rules and Limitations
- Only official opportunity drawing tickets will be drawn. No facsimiles permitted.
- Only one entry per person.
- No substitutions of prizes and no conversion to cash. Restrictions may apply.
- DMVA shall make all decisions related to the drawing at its sole discretion.
- DMVA makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, about the drawing or any prizes awarded.
- DMVA is not responsible for any entries that are late, misdirected or altered.
- The winner will be announced on February 14, 2010. Need not be present to win.
- DMVA will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 5 days of the announcement. The winner will be notified via email, phone or address provided on the Del Mar Plaza Valentines Opportunity drawing entry form.
- The winner will be required to arrange to pick up their prize from DMVA. The winner may be required to show proof of identity.
- Failure by the winner to respond to DMVA within 10 days of notification of winning will constitute a forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected at random.
- DMVA is not responsible for any delays or obstacles in notification due to erroneous contact information or other circumstances that may delay or prevent a winner from receiving notification.
- Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for DMVA to use the winner’s name, photograph or testimonial for promotion, advertising and/or publicity purposes.
