Held in a private area of Jake's Del Mar, the evening offers a fine dining experience showcasing the talents of Jake's Executive Chef, Dustin Anselm, and featuring wine pairings from some of the finest local and international vineyards.
$85 per person or
$75 per person for a group of 8 or more
Price includes all food, wine, hot tea, iced tea, soda, gratuity, tax, and parking.

First Course
Mango butter poached lobster, coconut braised hearts of palm, edamame horseradish puree, noodle & kumquat salad.
Second Course
Truffle heirloom tomato and white bean soup, golden raisin compote, crispy pancetta
Third Course
Seared sea scallops, bacon scented dashi, shitake mushrooms, pickled mustard seed, sea beans, butternut orange puree.
Fourth Course
Durham Ranch buffallo tenderloin, parsnip apple bread pudding, braised pork belly, smoked tomato demi, locally farmed glazed vegetable
Fifth Course
“Opera cake”, hazelnut chocolate sauce, grand marnier gelato, honeycomb
